International THREADS Program

As a member of the inaugural International THREADS (Thesis Honors Research for Academic Data Science) Program cohort, I visited Accra and Cape Coast, Ghana, to conduct primary research for my senior thesis. My topic focuses on Mental Health Practitioners' Perception of the Quality of Care Provided to Residents in Kwaprow, Ghana. During my time in Cape Coast, I worked with mental health students at the University of Cape Coast to conduct interviews with mental health practitioners to develop an understanding of how they perceive the quality of care in Kwaprow.

As always, I thank LaTanya Brown-Robertson, Ph.D., and Andrea King for including me in this great opportunity and for constantly reaching new heights through the COAS Honors Program. I'd also like to thank the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the NIH All of Us Research Program for their contributions.
